Terms and Conditions of Sale

All orders are accepted at CyberGolf’s sole discretion and are subject to various security checks to reduce fraudulent use of credit cards. In most cases, we will ship to any convenient address (please see our delivery options) but we reserve the right to decline your order if we believe this represents a security risk. On high value orders, we may also try to contact you if you fail to include a landline number.

We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and all products are supplied subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible in the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered.

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 17.5%. E & OE. Prices on golf clubs relate to steel shafted models unless otherwise stated. Images of products on this site are for guidance only.

Returns Policy and Procedure

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days from receipt of goods or 30 days from order 'whichever is longer'. CyberGolf provide a no quibble money back service.

A refund for the goods will be given within 30 days of cancellation. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and in the original packaging. If your item is returned for a refund - we will charge you a re-stocking fee of £3.00. Should you return your item for exchange - we will charge you £5.00 (This includes a re-stocking fee plus a small charge to re-send your replacement item) You should either include this payment via cheque or postal order with the returned item, made out to Cyber Golf UK Ltd or you can telephone our sales team on 0871 784 0284 to make payment by credit or debit card prior to returning the item.

Quality is assured at CyberGolf. Should you experience a problem we endeavour to repair, exchange or offer a refund in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.

If your item is faulty, please contact us by either email us at returns@cybergolfonline.co.uk or call us on 0871 784 0284 to inform us of the fault. All faulty items should be returned to us with a covering letter stating the fault plus the original invoice and detail the goods you wish to return, reason and your telephone number. You will be contacted back as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.

You should return the item in secure packaging to the address below using Royal Mail standard 2nd class post and gain a certificate of posting from the post office. Should this method be adhered to, we will reimburse your return shipping cost. Should you return the item to us using a different method, we will only reimburse you for the basic rate of post at Royal mails current tariff. Some items we send are shipped by our chosen courier. Should an item sent this way be returned to us through no fault of either Cyber Golf UK Ltd or the chosen courier an administration charge of £11.95 plus the initial outgoing carriage charge will be deducted from any refund given.

Price Match

Cyber Golf will always try to match any other UK authorised online retailers quote.
If you've seen a product advertised cheaper from a UK authorised online retailer let us know and we'll do our best to match that price. This offer does not apply to prices you have been quoted for second hand or used goods, product from auction sites, or specially discounted goods. Proof of offers will be required.
The price promise does not apply to sales once they have been placed.
Prices must have been advertised/quoted within the past 30 days and apply only to in stock items.
